This is the error i am getting. I am not able to find GSerializeRecordBatch in any library/ code @tahashmi

I am trying to follow all your instructions but without any luck.
Steps I have done:

1. Installation GO and Singularity
2. Clone your repo and enter repo
3. execute sudo singularity build --sandbox BWA Singularity
4. execute sudo singularity build BWA.simg BWA
5. trying to execute sudo singularity shell BWA.simg --> byt then error occured ERROR: /bin/sh does not exist in container
   Do you have any idea why this occured?

Hi thanks for this looks really interesting.

Did you actually refactor BWA to work with arrow? If so, then any chance I can look at the source?

Were other tools refactored to work with arrow as well? I’m interested in moving my tool chain to use plasma + arrow.
