Release request: collada_urdf_jsk_patch on kinetic
I want to use collada_urdf_jsk_patch in kinetic.
The travis of kinetic version seems to be passing, and I found that lunar version of this package has been already released.

.cfg files need to be fixed and released
The .cfg files in this repo need to be fixed the same as jsk-ros-pkg/jsk_common@b79ec0a. E.g. https://github.com/jsk-ros-pkg/jsk_3rdparty/blob/master/3rdparty/mini_maxwell/cfg/RosClient.cfg
These changes need to be released. Currently the Jade jobs fail since the old code falls back to the non-catkin code generation which won't generate the header in the correct location (e.g. http://build.ros.org/job/Jbin_uT64__mini_maxwell__ubuntu_trusty_amd64__binary/2/).
This will likely also be the same for the upcoming Indigo rebuild.
Cannot use nlopt.hpp (and fix)
packages that use nlopt.hpp seem to fail saying that nlopt.h cannot be found. This can be fixed by
changing line 29 of nlopt.hpp from:

to
include <nlopt/nlopt.h>

I'm re-configuring PR2 and I must re-issue access token for twitter.

Sound_play node becomes invalid after running for a while
There has been an issue that sound_play node becomes invalid after running for a while.
I found two following causes for this issue.
- error in gstreamer among sound_play node.
- error in
rosservice call
among text2wave in this package.
This issue aims the latter.
I found that the rosservice call
correctly printed the response but didn’t exit and kept holding the control, just before sound_play node for Japanese became stuck.
I think this issue relates with this.
Instead of debugging the rosservice call
source, I tried to call the service through Python node, not through bash command in #166.
Are there any other solutions for this issue?
voice_text fails to build after 2.1.7 was released

pgm_learner failed to build on jade buildfarm
jsk_pcl_ros build is timing out on Trusty32
The buildfarm has slowed down, and we think it might be related to spectre/meltdown mitigation. We're investigating at: ros-infrastructure/ros_buildfarm#535
There are quite a few packages effected by this but jsk_pcl_ros is the one that's been pushed over the 2 hour limit because it's pulling in over 1000 dependencies to be able to build due to the over 40 declared build_depends https://github.com/jsk-ros-pkg/jsk_recognition/blob/master/jsk_pcl_ros/package.xml Are there some of these that can be cleared?

could not find image tweeted on another pc.

ros_speech_recognition only sends part of the speech for recognition
Hi, Mr. Furuta
I use ros_speech_recognition for speech recognition with all default settings.
I used "continuous" mode
However, I noticed a lot of times, it only records part of the speech and sends out for recognition, for example, if I say "ok, coco, turn left", it sends out silence + "ok, coco, turn", the last part " left" does not get send out to google for recognition.
Any parameters I should change in "SpeechRecognition.cfg"?
Further investigation, it seems just continuously records 5 seconds of data (but some times it only records 1 second of data) and sends out for recognition, so from time to time speech gets cut off.

Since #112, rsync
is required to build julius_ros
package and it is registered in build_depend
, but it looks that debian package ros-indigo-julius-ros
still does not depend on rsync

I am using Respeaker USB 4 Mic Array (you might have the same mic array) for ROS speech recognition.
This mic array has 6 channel audio output, so which channel does this ROS speech recognition actually use?
As far as I understand, the first channel (channel 0) is the one processed for asr, any chance we can use that channel?

Cannot release jsk_3rdparty because of opencv2
on hydro, opencv is provides as opencv2 but on indigo it is provided as libopencv-dev.
bloom failed to resolve package dependency.
julius set target to indigo when installed on kinetic
On kinetic,

dependency on wget missing for julius
Like #132 wget is used in the preinst, so it needs to be a run dependency too.

I also ran into #133 which I think is fixed in the testing repo, but I don't see the wget dependency added.

Do not use sourceforce to install julius
sourceforce is unstable, I see connection lost a lot of times.
julius license allows us to redistribute codes.
