Hello! It's taken us a while to address this, but the latest version of plotGene gives the user much more flexibility in setting limits on the scale bars of the different plots, using the max.clip, min.clip, and clip.absolute parameters. You can now also plot both datasets on a single plot if desired. Let us know if this new functionality solves your problem!
