handle_batch_input error

Hi there,

Thank you for your amazing work. I'm trying your code on Hopper env. However, I get an error from the handle_batch_input function:

I'm wondering what this function is used for and whether you know where this error comes from.

Installation issue

pip install pytorch-mppi[test] and pip install pytorch-mppi[tune] does not work

Parallelize sampling trajectories

Assuming dynamics, running cost, and terminal cost can operate on batches (K x <element size>), parallelize sampling and scoring trajectories
