The Fibernavigator is a tool designed for a fast and versatile visualization of fibers datasets.

Highlights:

• Fast and efficient visualization of the results of deterministic and probabilistic tractograms.
• Interactive selection of fibers.
• Display of MRI, functional MRI and EEG/MEG source localization results.
• Real-time fiber tractography.

This is the new source for the code and documentation of the original Fibernavigator.

Old issues are still tracked on the Google code issues list. New issues will be tracked here.

• A Windows build and a Mac OSX build are provided on the old site.
