Description

When I used this template to create a quarto book repo, the github action claimed that the pages successfully deployed but they were not rendered.

I then found the NOAA-quarto-simple template and was able to use that to render the book no problem (yay!), so maybe something changed in Github or Quarto since the last update of this template
