nasqar's Issues

Where are the shiny server logs stored?

I am trying to run some 10X single cell data sets through NASQAR. I am able to upload the data and the SeuratV3 wizard is able to read the data.

However, when I try to filter the data, it encounters an error significant enough to crash the shiny-server serving the webpage. I am trying to view the shiny-server logs to see why the process is crashing, but I cannot find where the server logs are being stored. Where can I view the shiny-server logs? They don't seem to be stored anywhere in the docker container or image.

docker not work

  1. As docker hub page says
    docker pull aymanm/nasqarall

  2. run
    docker run -p 8083:80 aymanm/nasqarall:nasqar
    or
    docker run -p 8083:80 aymanm/nasqarall

  3. and chrome says

clusterprofshiny

Dear all,
I tried to use the Docker-version of ClusterProfShiny GSEA. It works nicely with the provided example data file. However, when I try to upload my own data file (tab-delimeted; 3 columns; first: gene symbol, second: logfold change; third adj.-p-value), the orgram diconnects from server. Upon reloading, the same thing happens again.

???

Thanks and best
Matthias

Upload size

Hi,
I've tried to use SeuratV3 Wizard by docker. It looks working fine.
However, when I upload 10x data, then it's exceeded the maximum upload size.
How can I change this with docker image?

Thanks,
