Hi,

the R1 is in wrong position.
The R1 should be between CANL and CANH but instead is between the 2 outputs of CANL.
With this wrong configuration, when you up the CANBUS on linux, all the CAN network goes down.
The workaround is put a jumber on the place or R1 and insert the resistor in one CAN PAD - once they are in parallel.

I'm not a specialist in electronic but I think there is a level problem with the SR04-ECHO input.
I think that the right schematic is a voltage divider circuit :

Echo(p19 pin3)
R2(1k)
SR04_ECHO (p8 pin15) 3.3V !!!
R3(2k)
GND (p19 pin4)

I was trying to open the PBC on KiCad(build 4029 25 October 2014) on linux(Ubuntu 15.10)and receiving error:
Error loading board.

MS6511 and MPU9250, are both marked to use SPI1Bus. One of them should point to SPI0.
