This is really an upstream error created by Stanford NER or whatever entity extraction tool is being used. NER is incorrectly tagging "M.S." as a location, and CLIFF/CLAVIN is doing it's best to find a match. You can argue that Mississippi would be a better match than some park in Malaysia, but that's a separate issue.

Recommend closing as invalid/wontfix.
