I am a passionate bioinformatician who love working with tons of various omics data for investigating the molecular mechanisms behind complex traits, and more specifically drug-response phenotypes, aging and age-associated diseases.

How to normalize protein expression levels for pQTL

I sequenced the protein data with LC-MS/MS, and protein Intensity was gained by running DIA-NN. show you in blow(row:gene column:sample):
