I'm not sure if there is some preprocessing that needs to be done before launching the launch file
from ros2_simrealrobotcontrol.
There are also some errors reported at the beginning of the launch file run:

I have solved it.
I had a problem installing the gazebo plugin earlier. You should install gazebo first, then gazebo-ros2-control, and finally gazebo-ros-pkgs. installing them in the order of the readme docs would have prevented the error!
