I have found it. I kept coming across "TeamId" in the code. That made me assume that it had something to do with the faction. But it was always related to the MountDisplayId. So I looked in the creature_template to see which faction is entered for the flying creatures. There are actually different factions for the flying creatures for Horde and Alliance. If I add the correct "MountDisplayId2" for the faction to the flying point, the flying point can now be used for this faction.

I have not tried setting the flying animal faction to 0. Instead, I will enter the correct creatures in TaxiNodes.dbc and leave out the flying points that are duplicated or relate to Tausendwinter.
