hi, is there a way to get all predicted target sites per tRF via the web tool? only the first 50K are displayed (targets are shown when searched via genes, as those are less than 50K).

Finish column for RNA-seq with tRF overexpressed or inhibited

Curate recently published articles relevant to tRF target genes.

Add tRFs with gene-level evidences but have not indexed in tRFtarget.

Add a column for pathway analysis of multiple or single tRFs (like mirPath).

1. Change the current HELP column as dropdown columns, and current HELP page will be one content named website usage under the dropdown HELP column.
2. Move page in TEAM column to the HELP column.
3. Add Publications and Contact pages under the HELP column.

Add a column for tRF sequence download (FASTA file with unique tRF sequences and all related names as sequence IDs).

Add a column to integrate all tRF-related databases and web services, as well as all sequencing protocols designed for tRF and tools of quantification of tRFs in small RNA-seq and CLIP data.

Also add a timeline to show the publication date of these resources.

Finish the column for site-level evidence.

Dear tRF target developers,

I am very interested in your database as I have a set of tRF sequences from human sperm that are not present in the tRF database and so I do not have the required tRF IDs (eg: tRF-1001). I am very keen to get the targets from your database, please advise.

Add checkboxes to hide or display specific table columns on the webpage that displays retrieved binding sites and gene-level evidence (named “Column Visibility”).

Add “Not significant” type (”negative” evidences) in gene-level evidences.

Add explaination of standardized tRF ID in Table.
