tRFtarget (http://trftarget.net/) is a comprehensive platform consolidating both computationally predicted and experimentally validated binding interactions between transfer RNA-derived fragments (tRFs) and target transcripts across multiple organisms.
hi, is there a way to get all predicted target sites per tRF via the web tool? only the first 50K are displayed (targets are shown when searched via genes, as those are less than 50K).
best, kai
Add a column to integrate all tRF-related databases and web services, as well as all sequencing protocols designed for tRF and tools of quantification of tRFs in small RNA-seq and CLIP data.
Also add a timeline to show the publication date of these resources.
I am very interested in your database as I have a set of tRF sequences from human sperm that are not present in the tRF database and so I do not have the required tRF IDs (eg: tRF-1001). I am very keen to get the targets from your database, please advise.
Add checkboxes to hide or display specific table columns on the webpage that displays retrieved binding sites and gene-level evidence (named “Column Visibility”).
