• Integrate error handling

• Custom Errors for:
  • HttpError
  • InternalServerError
  • ResourceNotFoundError

• Rename addControllersToExpressApp to Kwyjibo.initialize(express, ?dirs)

If you have a controller with /orders endpoint. Then if you want to create an action of a POST in /orders you annotate the method with @K.Post("").

This works only if the url is: http://localhost:3000/orders/. If you remove the last "/" doesn't work.

Controllers path is assembled using '/' and not '' and therefore no controllers are found during init.

A method that does like this:
