Menu -> Archive -> Filename/md5 don't seem to be working at all.

tested in scriptish, not sure if working in gm

At least not via the menu.

I thought I was seeing things but when I hid the same thread three times and it appeared yet again, I knew something was wrong.

Thought there'd be an option to re-enable it and there's not.

Using master, happens in Aurora and stable.

On firefox nightly the browser completely freezes after a while of having one or more threads open, haven't been able to discern the cause yet, because it's all frozen.
All I know is that it happens A LOT

Too dark to see it without that.

.prev and .next must be visible. An option should exist to disable them.

Alignment options cannot be broken, so they must allow for these elements to be placed as such:

center:

• .prev and .next are right and left aligned and fill available space, .pages centered and fits content.

left:

• all elements are fit-content, left aligned

right:

• same, right aligned.

No elements except .pagelist have borders, backgrounds, padding, or margins
With 12px Ubuntu, .pagelist cannot exceed 18px height.

I'm getting this with appchan-x enabled since the latest update. http://i.imgur.com/6LP2i.jpg

What I mean is that if you hid a thread and open it in a new tab, you won't see anything until you unhide it. Not sure how important this is but yeah.

Tested on latest Nightly with Scriptish.

Like the old 4chan filter used to have: A button or whatever that lets you only see replies with images. Maybe a button near the image expand one.

What do you think?

This issue has two requirements to be resolved:

• Allow these settings to be individually configured as per board or not.
• Allow the creating of a "global" setting for each, with an interface to clear or edit the global configuration. Initially, the global setting should be created with the first name used on any given board, and if the per-board setting is disable, should revert to this option.

I've always wondered why it sometimes wasn't clickable (although I usually just tab and enter but sometimes I still use the button). It seems that if the pagination is at the bottom, it layers over the submit button making it almost unclickable.

It's very annoying. I have appchan's native youtube embed disabled because it doesn't display the title of the video.

Whelp, I'll have to fix that as soon as I can figure out why.

Allow theme and mascot settings to be customized on a board-type basis.

Allow mascots to be imported and exported, have categories, and be sorted or hidden by said categories.

Any and all pages never stop loading; the icon in the tab just keeps spinning.
I tried disabling the script and reloaded the page, and the page finished loading properly.

If I post a reply in one tab it doesn't show the cooldown in all the other tabs.

As mascots and themes are not truly deleted but are merely marked as such, this functionality already exists (albeit only by editing local storage). This issue is meant to track providing an interface in appchan x to facilitate this task.

Declaring #34 and #35 duplicates of this.

Titlebar changes to "(0) undefined" in 0.17.1 after a few seconds, and no 4chan X settings work in AppChan X at all (referring to everything from the main tab -- treated as if they're disabled).

Some themes do not support the pressing of tab or shift-tab to switch focus backwards and forwards between the name field, the email field, the subject field, the reply field, and the captcha field.

Switch to the Blackberry Jam theme and refresh the page (F5) before testing. I believe this bug exists in that theme, as well as in others.

The bug does not exist in the 4chan Dark Upgrade theme (for comparison purposes)

What I use in OneeChan to prevent this:

imgur does not support TLS correctly (see http://ompldr.org/vZmY0Mg), which makes any secure connection to 4chan insecure when using a default mascot. Rehost the mascots on a server that correctly supports TLS (like minus.com).

Yes you can click on the labels but its natural to go to the checkboxes instead. That said, checkboxes are just too far from the labels, was better when floating left.

If you leave Appchan X's theme's menu open long enough (1 - 2 minutes iirc), the browser will suddenly start loading images from the Mascots page. This is a HUGE hit in bandwidth. The mascot images should not load until you actually go to the mascots tab.

On a side note, why are the mascots not properly compressed? Viewing them drains bandwidth heavily. (Just checked, the images that loaded, before I disconnected my TCP/IP connection to stop the bandwidth from draining totaled at 15MB. 15MB for 161 means each thumbnail is nearly 100KB on average. Way overkill for thumbnails.

On another side note, would it be possible to make the userscript automatically store the mascot images on the user's local hard drive rather than re-downloading them if you revisit the mascots tab sometime later (be it a few days later or a few weeks later)?

Another thing related to the mascot loading issue, I'm not sure if you'll consider this a bug or not but:

'Hidden' mascot menu categories are loaded into memory and merely hidden. Shouldn't any images that are inside the hidden categories not load until you un-hide the categories? I tried un-hiding a category and the images immediately appeared without my bandwidth monitor spiking, indicating that the images had already been loaded into memory for a couple of minutes.

perhaps add in slim replies, a la 4chan ss? that's one of the few things keeping me back on 4chan x + ss instead of going to appchan x

Thread and reply hiding I mean. Incorporate them into the menu and remove the buttons.

This seems to be happening more and more often. At first it was sporadic, sometimes a post would only go through on the 3rd try, but for the last hour or so, no posts are going through.

The usual setup (Firefox, Greasemonkey, Windows, AppchanX 0.16beta)

To describe what happens, I can only say that when pressing enter (after typing the captcha), the post content just sits in the quick reply window and doesn't go through. The captcha word I typed disappears and the captcha image refreshes to a new one.

I switched to Mayhem's 4chan X temporarily and the posts are going through properly now.

Edit - update: 4chan X is now occasionally giving a "connection error or you are banned" warning. I'm not sure why Appchan X didn't give that warning if this was the issue. I'm not banned because the banned page tells me it has no record of a ban and asks me to try a board; it might be a connection error but I have a very decent connection so I don't see why I'd be constantly getting the error.

A quick question (separate issue): Updating Appchan X from 0.12beta to 0.16beta caused the quick reply window text and captcha to become substantially smaller. Is it possible to give an option to control their size? It's a bit hard to read it's so small. Sometimes I find myself squinting closely at the screen just to read the captcha word.

I'm having financial difficulties at the moment and do not have access to a stable internet connection. As such, development of Appchan X will be affected. I will attempt to do what I can, but the honest truth is that until I have a source of income, I cannot devote much time to Appchan.
