本系列是 Causal Inference for the Brave and True 这本书 DOI的中文翻译版,由巴西Nubank的Staff Data Scientist Matheus Facure 所著。该书用平实的语言和严谨的数学,以及实用的Python代码,结合经济学与社会学的策略评估和敏感性分析应用,对因果推断最新的概念、理论及实践进行了非常全面的介绍,既适合初学者入门,同时也适合技术管理专家回顾相关领域的整体知识。该书英文原版的Jupyter Notebooks可以由该Github地址获取。

An improvement for Chapter 01

Thanks for the great work you have done. It helps me a lot in understanding the book better.

In Chapter 01, there is a sentence "也就是说,有能力为孩子提供平板电脑的学校比那些不能,不管药片如何处理" that appears to be unintelligible. It coule be "也就是说,有能力为孩子提供平板电脑的学校比那些不能的学校更好,无论它们是否提供平板电脑".

I couldn't get a url directly linking to the sentence, but if you search it, you should be able to easily find it.

the translate error of chapter 04

I found that there are translate error in chapter 04 p1.2.
the origin text show's that.

"As a general rule, the dependence flow in the direct path from A to C is blocked when we condition on an intermediary variable B"

but the translated text is

"作为一般规则,当我们以中间变量 C 为条件时,从 A 到 B 的直接路径中的依赖流被阻塞。"

In fact the intermediary variable is B rather than C.
