Ok added a new image called "loadingScreenSpriteSheet.png" which contains the loading bar and four loading screen backgrounds. The backgrounds are fairly easy to make so if you find them unsatisfactory or you're looking for another look (perhaps more fruity or red) then I can easily make it so.

Also once we agree on which loading screen to use I'm going to place it in another file to save room
