In general, it seems pretty weird for this action to have to care about any specific tooling that might be ran. It isn't clear where to "draw the line", do we just accept any/all requests to add someones pet matchers?

I don't really grok why eslint itself doesn't emit the console output when it detects GH Action (for example ember-template-lint does this). Also, it seems that the eslint matchers as written seem to only work if you happen to use the default reporter.


All that being said, I guess we can do the same as setup-node. I definitely don't want folks having to run both, and I also want to ensure that this action is as close to a drop in replacement as possible.
