std140 says that when in an array size and alignment will be rounded up to the size of a vec4. MaterialDefinitionExporter and ConstantSet need to take this into account.

In windows, files are case insensitive. If you want Usagi to work with CI (Continuous Integration) like github actions, it would be important to have the file names case sensitive. That means cd vendor may need to become cd Vendor in setup.bat. I did not finish auditing the code base. This is just an observation.

I tried to get Usagi running on Mac, but rake fails immediately because the .NET program AudioTool.exe can't be used. Mono can be used on Mac, so running a simple command line .NET application should be possible, but unfortunately AudioTool.exe does seem to try to use System.Drawing stuff which probably requires Windows:

When AudioTool.exe is invoked by rake, it shouldn't run any Windows graphics related code, right? But can't fix the tool without source code...
