incucyter's Issues

Unhelpful warnings when using read_incu

Using read_incu with the default settings (per_image=TRUE) when the well average was exported leads the warning "Too few values at X locations" raised by the line
separate(WellX, into = c("WellX", "img"), sep = ",") %>%
from read_incu_single.R.
A better handling in this function should solve it (like looking for "Image" in the Well column to know whether per_image should be applied or not)

Is the left join with Analysis_Job really usefull?

By forcing the user to provide Analysis_Job and for it to match with those from the plate, the analysis of multiple experiments with the same layout require one annotation file per experiment where one file would have been enough.
