Should they be allowed, I don't know, the book doesn't provide stats for monster over level 14 so I'd have to create some new Baseline Stats for monsters.

#6 should be using a class with a public Enum for element damage.

• Lowercase damage types
• "Ice" is not legal damage type, the legal one is "cold"

Number of attacks should be between 1 and 4.

Monster should get 1 to 3 attacks with relevant attackmodifiers and damage based on its level.

Damage should be it's own class with a damage number, type and element.
Type would be direct or ongoing.
Element would be fire, ice, thunder, normal etc.

It's sorting now Melee, Range, Close it should be Melee, Close, Range

Abilities are extra stuff that attacks get. It might be more damage on a Natural 16+, damage on a Miss or perhaps another attack if the first hits.
