did you lost some code ?

I can't read some strings. It produces a BMP apparently "normal". But when i try to read with several Qrcode App Readers, i have no success.
For example, the following string i can read:
A:500239894B:121080358C:PTD:FTE:NF:20210111G:FR 2021.92/0000699H:0I1:PTI2:0.12I3:0.00I4:0.00I5:0.00I6:0.00I7:0.00I8:0.00N:O:0.12Q:Th8jR:189S:SEMINFO

BUT this very similar string i have no success:

showing black image

In my experience, it only works with Character Set WE8MSWIN1252 or at least it does not work with Character Set UTF8 because I wanted to use it on UTF8 but failed. Wondering if anybody can give a solution.
