Using Oracle mod_plsql and a procedure like
procedure webqr ( p_text in varchar2 ) is
l_qr_bin blob;
begin
l_qr_bin := make_qr.qr_bin( p_text );
wpg_docload.download_file( l_qr_bin );
end webqr;

Which way you use the make_qr package?

this query return me
