the area load as well but Attributes like href not load in area.
is there any solution for this?

Firstly thank you for what you have created, it is ideal for my current project.

I do have a question though. I have added the ability to save and load to a database via AJAX, which works fine. As the filename for the image also saves in the database when I click load it loads up the hotspots relevant to that image which is great.

What I am looking to do is remove the need to click the load button, and instead have the hotspots load automatically depending on what image is selected.

I managed to get this to work but it seemed to get caught in a loop and loaded hundreds of the hotspots on top of eachother. Do you know how this can be accomplished? Thanks

I am trying to customize the Summer html image map creator tool.. I have 2 requirements
1.To have a Save button which works like Save As option of file, here I need to save the coordinates of the selected polygon along with image.
2.I have found a bug in the program which shifts the initial coordinates of the image to large number after the html page is saved and refreshed...

Can u please help me resolve these issues.

Rather than adding attributes to the entire area, i'd like to add specific attributes to the helpers themselves.
secondly, i'd like to add a text (helper id) over the helper points.

could you point me in the right direction?

When I use left/right/down to move a selected image map area it works fine. When I press up arrow is scrolls the page up instead of moving the area up.

May be related to using ctrl-+ to zoom in the page first ?

I think it would be very appreciated by many users to have the possibility for adding and removing helpers of areas in the edit mode. It would be too great if we could specify coordinates for each helper for setting precise locations.

in dreamweaver you can draw text box on top of image just like you can do rectangle. in dreamweaver they make inline css for the textbox, such as:

<input type=text style="position:absolute; left: ??px; top: ??px; width:??px; height:??px;" />

how can i do this with this tool please?

when the number of areas is big enough then when I click preview of toHtml, the close button of the popup is hidden by the main menu.

Is there a way to reload previous maps drawn? Lets say by saving the co-ords and shape to a form field, for reload later ?

Trying to use an image that is hosted in G-Drive using the permalink from GDurl.com with the Summer Image Map creator - it does not seem to take that URL? I also tried an alternate method from G-drive using the "ucid?=" fix to change the URL so it can be used on a webpage but neither of those seem to be recognized by the image map creator. I have used them in the past and they worked, but when I put them in now I just get a red box around the url indicating it is not being accepted. Any thoughts? I was able to use a URL from a pic from Google Images and that worked fine - but want to use image I have in my Google Drive. Thank you for your help! Love this creator - I have used it with my students in html coding class for a few years!

I have to select all those area items and drag them down how? its only allowing me to select one item.

I noticed that you can easily add an ajax post to the save function send it to a receiver endpoint. This is the bomb, meaning it's really good! Thank you for sharing. I look forward to further enhancements, but as is, it's very useful.

When using an external image, the HTML generated only includes the image name, not the full URL. Otherwise, great app

When resizing a rectagle area, if the mouse moves fast outside the image boundaries, the rectangle area is resized up to last mousemove event before exiting the boundaries, instead of moving up to the edge coordinates.
