Steps to reproduce
- Get in drone as flocktrace
- Get out of drone
- Anyone can now beat the shit out of that drone with zero cooldown

Was consistently reproducible during the playtest, may have something to do with some test-merged PRs.
See if you can reproduce on the playtest branch.

I triggered this without possessing a drone, while holding a pair of wirecutters. The only other weird thing I'd done that round was use an implanter on a drone to give it a microbomb, which worked completely normally.
