Great idea.
Incentivize:
- commenting on videos
- sharing/likeing
- every YouTuber question answered by staff grants points
- Points for recording videos (they can book a time with the TV team)
- once their video is up, they get rewards/points based on the number of views (as JK suggested it can be based on views reached e.g. 1k, 5k 10k, 20k, etc.)
If we can tailor rewards to certain types of input from users, we could incentivise staff to book recording sessions with the TV team. The reward would have to be something greater than normal, or the overall points awarded should be higher so they're more likely to reach the reward they want (e.g. annual leave).
