The project requires we have a random variable generator function.

-Needs to generate independent, identically distributed uniform random variables
-Mean and variance should be "very close" to theoretical values after 1000 values are plotted (I don't know what these theoretical values are supposed to be)

There also needs to be a way to test the random variable generator built into the main simulator. "Testing" the RV generator means that we need to be able to verify that the mean and variance are what they should be for N values.
