Make PHP7 compliant

Remove use of deprecated variables (and functions?).

Make user creation an AJAX modal

Rename client log to narrative/narrativeBox

Add whisper support where the user says something to a user. The location of the activity log would be the user's id. getLogUpdates() in databaseRead.php needs to be updated to look at both user's location and user's ID.

Notice: log is being renamed to activities or similar, so function name may change.

Fully rename to MUSE, removing WB variables in all files

This is in my development environment and should not be an issue listed on GitHub.

When user starts give basic help info

Either list commands, or make a help command and mention it.

Never ending pot

The wizard's keep should have a never ending pot of stew in the kitchen, as a callout to Magic 2.0.

Empty world hasn't been tested, and possibly won't work. It needs at least some main room to drop you in to, doesn't it?
