Actually, what would be much better for convenience is macros that produce owned identifiers. I also just realized we don't need any const fn features for this, instead we can make these proc macros and verify the literals that way (this will require the validation code to live in a new crate, I think I'll call it ruma-identifiers-internal) and then construct the actual type with a new unsafe unchecked constructor (which will probably also be #[doc(hidden)]), I think that can be named from_str_unchecked.

Identifier macros are available and re-exported from ruma-identifiers + ruma.
