[meta] Tracking issue for r0.6.1 compatibility about ruma HOT 4 CLOSED

I just created a new issue for soft_logout and will be working on that - #220.

We already have alt_aliases in m.room.canonical_aliases. I don't think we should remove m.room.aliases, but we can deprecate it.

Summary of changes left to make:

Moderation policies: add m.policy.rule.(user|room|server) events (#219).

UIAA SSO: add fallback endpoint for m.login.sso. We currently don't support fallback endpoints at all (#16), so maybe we don't need to do this before release.

Soft logout: adds an optional field, soft_logout, to M_UNKNOWN_TOKEN error. I don't think we're supporting error-specific fields in our enum now, so that would take some reworking.

Room aliases: remove m.room.aliases, add alt_aliases field to m.room.canonical_aliases event.

Signatures clarification: no code changes required, but these types should be clarified in #55.
