Following the installation instructions from here I am getting the following error when trying to run the pip install -e . command (yes, I did include the dot):

ERROR: Project file:///home/${USERNAME}/code_tests/ROScribe has a 'pyproject.toml' and its build backend is missing the 'build_editable' hook. Since it does not have a 'setup.py' nor a 'setup.cfg', it cannot be installed in editable mode. Consider using a build backend that supports PEP 660.

I tried importing from langchain_openai.ChatOpenAI and it was still not running.

I had to reinstall the older version of langchain 0.0.251 for it to work.
