Not sure if anyone else is running into this issue but when I search for whether I have installed Python and R GitBash says

bash: R: command not found

However, the issue is that I do have R and am confused as to why I am having this error.

When running the "git --version" code in Terminal, you might get this error code:

"xcrun: error: invalid active developer path (/Library/Developer/CommandLineTools), missing xcrun at: /Library/Developer/CommandLineTools/usr/bin/xcrun."

To solve it, try this:

1. Open Terminal.

2. Type "xcode-select --install" (without the quotation marks).

3. Accept the license agreement.

4. Rerun the "git --version" code.

I was having an issue with this line of code in terminal:

$ jupyter notebook

Instead of launching the notebook, it gave me a URL to paste into my browser.

The solution is to use this line of code instead:

$jupyter notebook --browser=Chrome
