PlayArea is too small

The PlayArea that has no colliders is too small and VR players will bounce on top of the machine if they don't stand far enough away.

  • Find some way to make colliders work only for the balls
  • Or, introduce a collider that turns on/off with the machine to prevent player's avatars from getting too close

Additional timed game mode

Allow the player to change between a timed play mode and single frame mode. The high score should switch with the mode and the UI should indicate which mode the machine is in.

Error: "IsValid" is referenced but not found in "Utilities", possibly an assembly reference error

We're not sure why, but any version that we import gives is this in our project. We cannot put the Skeeball prefab into the world, and we cannot run the world itself while the package is loaded (we have to uninstall the package to get it to run).

Both the SDK3 and UDonSharp are already loaded.

It's entirely possible that it's a user error on our end, but we wanted to make you aware of it. :-)

Introduce score sounds

To substitute the inviability of ball hit and rolling sounds, a sound that plays on score and two separate sounds for the last ball depending on if the player achieved the high score on not.

Too many audio sources can overload a world's audio channels

When too many machines are next to each other, or there are too many other sound sources in a world, the unreasonable amount of audio sources from the balls and machine can brick a world's video players and other audio sources.

  • Limit sounds to only the machine
  • Use one audio source on the machine and PlayOneShot different clips through it
