Cause I can will do now, it was strange as install a later version and the dependencies of TF would kick it.
Will try it now.

Thanks.

It might be a while as started from scratch purged cache and deleted venv.
Its a pi3A+ and grcpio is a cruel compile might be a couple of hours and if you feel like supplying ArmV8 whls please do

raspios I will try again with that version of numpy but yeah grpcio-1.34.1.tar.gz its going to take some time think I will leave it in the cache and try a new venv with the other TF & numpy==1.20.3 afterwards but this will be a couple of hour...

Wow that grpcio-1.34.1.tar.gz 4 hours pinto! :) poor pi3A+

I am just going to check some things and also not clear the cache so should still have that whl but install pip3 install numpy==1.20.3 --upgrade and the orig you supplied.

I will close off with results

Yeah pip3 install numpy==1.20.3 --upgrade
Then tensorflow 2.5 and it uninstalls and uses 1.19.5 from the cache which I don't want to purge due to grpcio

'module compiled against API version 0xe but this version of numpy is 0xd'

That one the 1st one actually uninstalls 1.20.3, installs 1.19.5 but gives the above on import.?

Is it difficult to upgrade the version of Numpy for reasons such as using it for production environments? I purposely built with numpy==1.20.3 in order to optimize Cython's performance.

$ sudo pip3 install numpy==1.20.3 --upgrade

What operating system are you using?

@StuartIanNaylor
I have created a numpy==1.19.5 special version for you. I haven't checked it works, could you please check it works if you can?
