Since I have not seen another way to contact you I am opening an issue here.
I have forked this project to expand it for my own use cases. Since I will be adding more features that allow controlling a machine over SSH, which would not fit in well with the initial base of having just access to WOL features, I would like to make my own files independent and, with your permission, reupload the project as my own in an independent GitHub repo.
Of course I would keep a mention to the base of the code provided by you in the README and would make sure to preserve the git-history, so that your commits can still be seen in my repository.
Since there is no license yet in your project, I am not sure if you are ok with people reusing your code and I would like to ask for your permission to reupload and publish your code as part of my own project. I was thinking to add the MIT licence to my own repo, if that is alright with you.

For now I will probably remove the fork and keep the new repo private, until I have an answer from you.

the code fails for newer python-telegram-bot>=12.0 pip packages. The reason is a change in how arguments are passed to the callbacks. See the official transition guide here: https://github.com/python-telegram-bot/python-telegram-bot/wiki/Transition-guide-to-Version-12.0#context-based-callbacks
