Is your question is how to start a machine with a specific IP address?

As far as I know that is not possible using the standard Wake-On-Lan protocol because the turned
off machine does not have an IP address. WoL works with the MAC address of the network interface
instead of an IP address. So just look up your machine's MAC address and use that instead.

I want to use this bot in the WAN. I can use the app to remotely wake up. In our country, we generally use a router to connect to the Internet. The computer is connected to the router. The router normally does not shut down. And the router open the Port forwarding.The router can use WOL after obtaining the IP address.

I have successfully built this BOT. I hope it can support Wake-On-Wan in the next version.Because I installed this bot on vps, not in the LAN.

Sorry, but I do not plan to implement this.
My goal is to keep the application and the code simple and WoW is outside this project's scope.
