Add diffusion weighted imaging (DWI) formats about bvbabel HOT 7 OPEN

Hi @ofgulban, some online resources can be found on the BrainVoyager support site, like the DWI file format, VDW file format, DDT file format. An overview of the file types can be found on page 63 in the DTI in BrainVoyager Guide by Pim Pullens.

@ofgulban, an implementation of the *.dmr and *.dwi format is included in BV file I/O code in C++.

Please go ahead with the *.dwi format. I am not working on this currently.
