I did something wrong in the Migration steps!
When the step about deleting ALL Oculus and OVR files when the editor was closed, I searched for "OVR" and "Oculus" and just naively deleted the files. This included the OVRSkeletonBoneVisualizerBoneTupleDrawer (which correctly is a part of this Movement Sample)...
