new update relating the pp rework about ezpp HOT 7 OPEN

We need a new library to calculate pp but we (or I) don't have enough time to do it currently :(

It is unlikely that ezpp will receive updates for now.

Well, I would like to commit some codes, but it's a tough task because I need to write (probably) thousands of codes and it takes time too (that's why this issue is labeled with help wanted).
Additionally, the original author (oamaok) is inactive right now so I'm unable to push updates to the ezpp! extension, even if I wrote some code.
I can still try to write code if I could find some time to do it though.
I'll let you know when it's ready.

that's what i tried, i guess i could use some help from other contributors to help writing the code (it's pretty hard work when there is no contributor)
