Things I noticed (I'll update the latest comment every time I noticed something)
- TaikoDifficultyHitObjectRhythm, TaikoDifficultyHitObject#getClosestRhythm seems not related
- rhythm.ts seems innocent to me... (osu!lazer)
it's painful, really.

max combo seems still broken. (only for conversion maps, non-conversion maps are completely fine)
