License claryfication

In setup.py is `license="PSF or ZPL",
However there are some versions of those licenses

ZPL-2.0 http://old.zope.org/Resources/License/ZPL-2.0
ZPL-2.1 http://old.zope.org/Resources/License/ZPL-2.1

It would be good to clearify under which one in this case code is provided.
Also PSF means PSFL 2.0 https://opensource.org/licenses/Python-2.0/?

CallbackProxy does not support boolean operations

TypeError: object of type 'bool' has no len()

PEAK ProxyTypes was updated

I noticed that PEAK managed to release a version for python 3 at some point: https://github.com/PEAK-Legacy/ProxyTypes

I have not tested it but it should be worth merging back into it

objproxies is a kind of very usefull library, but the library's name itself sucks!
lot's of people don't know about your library, that's really sad about it.
maybe you should change a good name. It's good for broadcasting, I think.
