I don't know which versions should be considered of the two licenses. Original source code came from here: http://peak.telecommunity.com/ and I kept their licenses.

I will accept a MR that reasonably clarifies the license situation, however, PEAK being dissolved, it's de-facto like public domain source.

Based on PEAK-Legacy/ProxyTypes#3 (comment) I believe license of objproxies should be changed to ZPL-2.1.

Thanks for investigating, will make sure to do as part of any future release. However I would rather merge back into PEAK-Legacy/ProxyTypes since that package appears to be more used.

Okay, but objproxies is currently needed to test lazy-object-proxy so it should be kept alive.
