Hi! This error message indicates the patcher couldn't find the 1920x1080 viewport hardcoded in the engines and thus could not patch it.
- Can you re-run with
-vvso we can check which file is failing to be patched? - Are you trying to patch the Steam or Epic version?

This message here is really strange though:
LookupError: Expected 2 matches, found 0 for width and 2 for height
It means it did find the instructions to patch for height (1080) but did not for width (1920). Had you modded any Hades DLL manually prior to trying out Hephaistos?

Solved.
The problem was related to the x64Vk folder. I don't know if was corrupted or why, but with "-vv" I was getting these erros:
distutils.errors.DistutilsFileError: can't copy 'x64Vk\EngineWin64sv.dll': doesn't exist or not a regular file
Reinstaling the game solved the issue.
