Hi, this is curious, what platform and operating system are you using? No matter if using Steam or Epic Games, you should have all of these folders on Windows, however I didn't have Mac nor Linux to check the actual folder structure over there so perhaps it is different.

It's on XBox game pass, I used UWPDumper to dump the XBox game pass files

Xbox Game Pass modding is not supported by Hephaistos because of the UWP sandboxing, since Supergiant Games did not enable modding for Hades (see here for more details).
I have no experience with UWPDumper: if it does not provide a way to inject with the .exe, then Hephaistos won't be able to help :/

@pandatastic FYI, following recent changes on the Insider programme for Microsoft Store / Xbox Game Pass, it is now possible to mod games without UWPDumper provided you join the Insider programme.
Modding the Microsoft Store version of the game is supported by Hephaistos in v1.6.0.
