Output of SpliceER
As far as I can tell from reading the code and looking at the output of a few select cases, the 3-column output of splicer.py is:
junction name
number of b reads (i.e., number of "clean" exon-exon reads)
number of a reads (i.e., number of "dirty" exon-intron reads)
I would love for the author and/or other users to confirm.
