Support multiple dice for a tokens initiative

A token currently only supports a base value for initiative. An additional 1d6 is rolled when entering initiative. Since some creatures like the Höhlenspinne rolls 2d6 for initiative we should add an according option in the character editor and save this in the tokens properties. As a default value every token should use 1d6 as a default value so old tokens will still work as before.

Specify which weapons on "nohanders" may perform which manoevers

Lots of animals and other creatures have their combat special abilities linked to specific attacks. We currently allow every of this manoevers to be performed with every weapon and expect the gm to know if this is allowed or not.
It would be nice to have more information in the tokens so that each of this combat special ability would link to a certain list of weapons. Maybe we add a special field in the combat abilities field to link to the weapons. Another solution would be to just add the weapons comma seperated in brackets behind the name of the special ability like the official creature descriptions do

Bug: Campaign window empty when hosting server on a Mac (M1)

Prerequisite:

  • Have a Mac
  • Use MapTool 1.13.2
  • Use DSA5maptool 1.3.1

Steps to reproduce

  1. Load campaign
  2. Start Server on Mac
  3. Connect from another computer
  4. Open campaign window (window -> campaign

Actual Result

Campaign window is empty

Expected Result

Campaign window show sections like "1- Chat, 2 - Würfel, 3 - Charakter ..."

Hallo Lector,

Wir hatten auf Youtube geschrieben zu dem Video wo du das Framework vorgestellt hast.
Da die meisten deiner Kommentare verschwinden (und meine auch) machen wir halt hier weiter.

Da diese "issue" Funktion nicht primär für Diskussionen gedacht ist, würde ich mich freuen, wenn du in den Github-Repo Settings -> General -> Discussions
ein Häkchen machst.

Use Fate-Points to edit / modify a rolled check

Check if its possible to use fatepoints to reroll a rolled check.
It would be great if this would be possible without reposting the whole box in the chat again.
Rerolling should also affect further actions:

  • When successfully rerolling an attack, there should appear the damage visualization.
  • When successfully rerolling a defense, the taken damage should be undone.

It is also possible to use a fatepoint to increase the QS of a successful check by 1 (up to QS6).

Rework the GM sheet

Noone currently uses the character overview in the gm sheet. We should replace this by something more useful and rework the gm sheet by using HTML5 instead of the old frames.

Animal forms

It should be possible to make tokens for animal forms, which then can be merged with the token of a priest.
When transforming back the existing function "transfer tokendata" can be used to write the current resource points back to the normal priest token.

Created automated tests for the framework

Reworking the framework often causes new bugs. To prevent this we need automated tests to check if everything is still working.
We also need some kine of test catalog to determine which aspects the tests need to cover

Make everything editable in the charsheet

It is currently not possible to edit traits / skills etc. in the charsheet.
This should be possible in the feature. We can use the same icons for add/edit/remove like in the notes/handouts

Import character from PDF

It should be possible to upload Salazars charsheet pdf and import all existing traits/skills etc. to the current token.

Internationalization

It would be great to provide an english version of our ruleset ....
It will be a lot of work to replace all the text.
We should use english names for all future modules.

Move all images from campaign to addon

We currently use tableImage() and tblImage() to reference to images in lots of macros.
This should be replaced by references to our addon to keep the campaign file small

how to create painless undead

How can I achieve this? The pain levels are calculated.
With the token editor I have not found out, what I have to do so that a skeleton does not get any penalties from damage.
"Undead" type does not affect pain levels.

Combine Parry and Dodge Dialogues

Both dialogues should be combined. The Dodgle or Defense option should be available like any other weapon. The highest allowed option should be preselected

Request rolls to multiple players

The GM should be easily able to request a specific roll to multiple players.
This functionality should be displayed in the GM sheet.
It should be possible for the GM to select for which PCs the roll should be requested to.
It should be possible to prepare such rolls for the campaign and deposit some information, that is revealed for characters succeeding in this check. This information can be graded by different QS.

Overlay to replace the campaign buttons

It would be nice to have a fancy overlay over the map to replace all the buttons we currently use in the campain / gm frame.

This are some ideas for the overlay:

  • A nice initiative list on top of the screen like in computer games (e.g. Balurs Gate 3) where all combatants are listed horizontally.
  • Selecting the own token would bring up buttons for "open charsheet", "regenerate" ...
  • Selectiong another token would bring up buttons for "attack (melee)", "attack (ranged)" ...
  • On bottom of the screen could be a quickbar for most used skills.
  • Conditions could be displayed like buffs/debuffs in computer games and provide more information when hovering them

Hunting should not allow shortening hunting time

It is actually possible to shorten the hunting time analog to the rules for collecting herbs. This should not be possible for hunting. Maybe we should also rework the UI so that the user enters an ammount of rations instead of a maximum search time.
