There have been a few instances when pasting the output of the tree command that I get an error. I apologize that I can't repeat this at the moment, but I know it will come up again. The error complained about mixing dirtree output with the symbolic (e.g. #) output. The output of the tree command differs based on the environment, namely the value of $LANG. When LANG=en_US.UTF-8, for example, I get a whole bunch of non-printable characters. The output of this usually works, but sometimes not. To simplify the output, I can set LANG=C, but that does not appear to be a supported output either, since the icons appear at col=0.

Of course, switching to the symbolic output always works, and it's really great!

If a line ends with a # comment or // comment it should render the file and folder icons correctly.

If an empty line is now added inside of the tree a new tree is created. That should be configurable.

One of my environments is offline/air-gapped, and this environment does not jive well with this extension. Can you find a way to specify a local location in lieu of fetching over the network? It looks like that resource is hard-coded in ./lib/converter/treeline-to-html-converter.sh

I can install the material-icon-theme npm module by bringing that resource over manually, but I need a way to point at that local resource.

There are cases like antora ui bundle preview where no docinfo is used to preview the site so that it is important to allow direct links to the images to make it properly work.
