目前来看，可能只需要以下三个权限即可：

1. lighthouse:DescribeInstances
2. lighthouse:DescribeInstancesTrafficPackages
3. lighthouse:StopInstances

避免API权限过大，存在泄露后的潜在风险。

现在的默认配置是否是未限制？是否可以考虑限制下日志大小，避免容器运行时间太长后，日志文件过大。

可能的优化：
1、不监控已关机的实例；
2、或者监控已关机的实例，关机操作前判断实例状态。
