建议限制容器日志大小
现在的默认配置是否是未限制？是否可以考虑限制下日志大小，避免容器运行时间太长后，日志文件过大。
参考配置：

max-size: "1m"
max-file: "5"
针对已关机的实例，依旧会调用关机API
可能的优化：
1、不监控已关机的实例；
2、或者监控已关机的实例，关机操作前判断实例状态。

建议明确必需的API权限
目前来看，可能只需要以下三个权限即可：
- lighthouse:DescribeInstances
- lighthouse:DescribeInstancesTrafficPackages
- lighthouse:StopInstances
避免API权限过大，存在泄露后的潜在风险。
