armake unpack -l lists file in pbo (lowercase L)
armake unpack -? unpacks single file.
example
armake unpack -? mission.sqf a3life.altis.pbo C:
armake unpack -? scripts/loadout.sqf a3life.altis.pbo /root/unpack // / or \ don't care

What to use as a char for the argument?
could use -i or --include. we already have that

-i/--include would be very easy to implement. Because DocOpt already parses -i <somePath>.
Though may be a bit confusing using the variable include_folders for files
